Specialcylinderværkstedet har halvautomatiske rengørings- og monteringssystemer med forskellige specifikationer med en designmæssig årlig produktionskapacitet på 200.000 enheder. Det er udstyret med CNC-bearbejdningsudstyr fra kendte mærker, bearbejdningscentre, specialudstyr til højpræcisionscylinderbearbejdning, robotsvejsemaskiner, automatiske rengøringsmaskiner, automatiske cylindermonteringsmaskiner og automatiske malingsproduktionslinjer. Vi har mere end 300 sæt nøgleudstyr i drift. Den optimerede allokering og effektive udnyttelse af udstyrsressourcer sikrer præcisionskravene til produkterne og opfylder produkternes høje kvalitetskrav.

Vi har en anden halvautomatisk malelinje til store cylindre, der drives af en kabelkæde, og den designmæssige kapacitet er 60 kasser pr. skift.
For yderligere at forbedre produkternes ydeevne og etablere vores hydrauliske cylindres førende position i branchen, har vores virksomhed og zjimee i fællesskab etableret et omfattende ydeevnelaboratorium for hydrauliske cylindre, hydrauliske ventiler og hydrauliske pumper.
