How To Release Pressure On Hydraulic System?

Releasing pressure from a hydraulic system is an essential procedure to ensure the safe maintenance, repair, or disconnection of hydraulic components. Here are the general steps to release pressure in a hydraulic system:

  1. Shut Down the Power:
    • Turn off the power supply to the hydraulic system. This step is crucial to prevent any accidental activation of hydraulic components during the pressure release process.
  2. Identify Pressure Sources:
    • Identify the components or circuits in the hydraulic system that are under pressure. This includes hydraulic cylinders, accumulators, or any other pressurized components.
  3. Release Pressure Gradually:
    • Locate the pressure relief valve in the hydraulic system. It is typically present in the hydraulic pump or control valve assembly.
    • Slowly open the pressure relief valve to release the pressure. This valve is designed to allow controlled release of hydraulic fluid and reduce system pressure to a safe level.
    • Depending on the system design, the pressure relief valve may be adjusted manually or operated automatically through a control mechanism.
  4. Bleed Hydraulic Components:
    • After releasing the system pressure, it is essential to bleed any trapped hydraulic fluid from the components. This step ensures that there is no residual pressure or trapped fluid that can cause unexpected movement or fluid leakage.

The special cylinder workshop is equipped with various specifications of a semi-automatic cleaning assembly system with a designed annual production capacity of 200,000 and equipped with famous CNC machining equipment, a machining center, a high-precision cylinder processing special equipment, a robot welding machine, an automatic cleaning machine, automatic cylinder assembly machine, and automatic painting production line. Existing critical equipment of more than 300 sets (sets). The optimal allocation and efficient use of equipment resources ensure the accuracy requirements of products and meet the high-quality needs of products.

The machining shop is equipped with a customized inclined rail turning center, machining center, high-speed honing machine, welding robot, and other related equipment, which can handle the processing of cylinder tubes with a maximum inner diameter of 400mm and a maximum length of 6 meters.

With small and medium-sized cylinder automatic water-based paint coating lines, to achieve automatic robot loading and unloading and automatic spraying, the design capacity of 4000 pieces per shift;
