  1. Hydraulic Fluid Supply: The hydraulic cylinder is connected to a hydraulic system that supplies pressurized hydraulic fluid, typically oil, to the cylinder.
  2. Cylinder Barrel and Piston: The cylinder barrel is a cylindrical tube that contains hydraulic fluid. The piston divides the cylinder barrel into two chambers: the rod side and the cap side.
  3. Piston and Piston Rod: The piston is a cylindrical component that fits tightly within the cylinder barrel. It is attached to a piston rod, which extends through a seal in the cylinder head.
  4. Seals: The hydraulic cylinder employs various seals to prevent fluid leakage between the piston and the cylinder barrel. These seals include piston seals, rod seals, and wiper seals.
  5. Hydraulic Pressure Application: Hydraulic fluid is supplied to the cylinder, creating pressure within the cylinder chambers—the pressurized fluid acts on the piston, generating a force.
  6. Force and Motion Generation: When hydraulic fluid is supplied to the cap side of the cylinder, the force generated by the fluid pressure pushes the piston and piston rod outward, creating extension or outward motion. Conversely, when fluid is supplied to the rod side, the force pushes the piston and piston rod inward, creating retraction or inward motion.
  7. Load Application: The piston rod is connected to the load or equipment that needs to be moved. As the piston and piston rod extend or retract due to hydraulic pressure, the linear force is transmitted to the load, allowing it to move.
  8. Control and Direction: The direction of motion and control of the hydraulic cylinder are achieved by controlling the flow of hydraulic fluid into the appropriate cylinder chamber. This is typically done using directional control valves, which selectively direct the fluid flow to the desired side of the cylinder.
  9. Return Stroke: When the fluid flow to one side of the cylinder is stopped or redirected, the hydraulic fluid on the opposite side is allowed to return to the hydraulic reservoir, and the cylinder returns to its original position due to external forces or springs.

The machining shop is equipped with customized inclined rail turning center, machining center, high-speed honing machine, welding robot and other related equipment, which can handle the processing of cylinder tubes with a maximum inner diameter of 400mm and a maximum length of 6 meters.
