How To Remove Shower Valve Cartridge?
To remove a shower valve cartridge, follow the step-by-step instructions below:
- Turn Off The Water Supply: Locate the main water shut-off valve for your home and turn it off to stop the water supply to the shower. Open the shower faucet to drain any remaining water in the pipes.
- Remove The Handle: Depending on the type of shower handle you have, you may need to remove a decorative cap or cover to access the handle screw. Use a screwdriver to remove the screw holding the handle in place. Gently pull the handle away from the wall to detach it from the valve.
- Remove The Trim Plate Or Escutcheon: The trim plate covers the valve assembly and is usually held in place by screws. Unscrew and remove the trim plate to expose the valve cartridge.
- Identify The Cartridge Type: Look closely at the exposed valve assembly and determine the type of cartridge you have. There are various types, such as cartridge valves, ball valves, or ceramic disc valves. Understanding the specific type will help you proceed with the removal process.
- Remove The Cartridge Retaining Clip Or Nut: Depending on the type of cartridge, there may be a retaining clip or nut holding it in place. If there is a retaining clip, locate it and use pliers to gently pry it out. If there is a retaining nut, use an adjustable wrench to loosen and remove it.
- Pull Out The Cartridge: Once the retaining clip or nut is removed, carefully grasp the cartridge with pliers or use a cartridge removal tool if provided. Slowly and firmly pull the cartridge straight out of the valve body. If it’s stubborn, you may need to wiggle it gently while pulling to loosen it.
- Clean And Inspect The Valve Body: With the cartridge removed, take a moment to clean any debris or buildup from the valve body using a soft brush and mild cleaner. Inspect the valve body for any signs of damage or wear that may require repair or replacement.
- Install The New Cartridge: If you are replacing the cartridge, align the new cartridge with the valve body and push it in firmly until it is fully seated. Make sure it is oriented correctly according to any markings or instructions provided with the new cartridge.
- Reassemble The Valve: Replace the retaining clip or nut to secure the new cartridge in place. Reattach the trim plate or escutcheon and tighten the screws to hold it securely. Slide the shower handle back onto the valve stem and tighten the handle screw to secure it.
- Turn On The Water Supply: Slowly turn on the main water supply valve for your home to allow water to flow back into the shower. Check for any leaks around the valve and handle. If you notice any leaks, tighten the necessary connections or seek professional assistance.
- Test The Shower: Turn on the shower and check for proper water flow and temperature control. Adjust the handle as needed to achieve the desired water temperature and flow.

O equipamento crítico existente é de mais de 300 conjuntos (conjuntos). A alocação ideal e o uso eficiente dos recursos do equipamento garantem os requisitos de precisão dos produtos e atendem às necessidades de alta qualidade dos produtos.
(2) Usinagem
A oficina de usinagem é equipada com um centro de torneamento de trilho inclinado personalizado, um centro de usinagem, uma máquina de brunimento de alta velocidade, um robô de soldagem e outros equipamentos relacionados, que podem lidar com o processamento de tubos de cilindros com diâmetro interno máximo de 400 mm e comprimento máximo de 6 metros.

Com linhas de revestimento de tinta à base de água automáticas de cilindros de pequeno e médio porte, para obter carregamento e descarregamento automáticos de robôs e pulverização automática, a capacidade projetada é de 4.000 peças por turno;
Também temos uma linha de produção de tinta semiautomática para cilindros grandes, acionada por uma corrente elétrica, com capacidade de projeto de 60 caixas por turno.
