Naša strojna delavnica ima stružilne centre za nagibne vodilne tirnice po meri, obdelovalne centre, visokohitrostne stroje za honanje, varilne robote in drugo bistveno opremo. Ta postavitev nam omogoča obdelavo valjastih cevi z največjim notranjim premerom 400 mm in dolžino do 6 metrov, kar še dodatno izboljšuje naše proizvodne zmogljivosti.
Upravljamo popolnoma avtomatsko linijo za barvanje na vodni osnovi, posebej zasnovano za majhne in srednje velike jeklenke, z avtomatiziranimi roboti za nalaganje, razkladanje in brizganje. Ta najsodobnejši sistem se ponaša s proizvodno zmogljivostjo 4000 enot na izmeno. Poleg tega imamo polavtomatsko linijo za barvanje velikih jeklenk, ki jo poganja verižni pogon, s projektno zmogljivostjo 60 zabojev na izmeno.
Da bi izboljšali učinkovitost izdelkov in utrdili našo vodilno vlogo v industriji hidravličnih cilindrov, smo se povezali z ZJIMEE in ustanovili celovit laboratorij za merjenje učinkovitosti, namenjen hidravličnim cilindrom, ventilom in črpalkam.
