    • The valve body contains the ports, passages, and chambers for fluid flow.
    • The spool is a cylindrical component with lands, or sections, that block or allow fluid flow depending on its position.
    • Control mechanisms, such as handles or solenoids, move the spool.
  2. Neutral Position:
    • In the neutral position, the spool is centered within the valve body, blocking all fluid flow between the ports.
    • This prevents hydraulic fluid from entering or exiting the valve.
  3. Handle/Solenoid Actuation:
    • When a handle is moved or a solenoid is energized, it exerts a force on the spool, causing it to shift from the neutral position.
    • The spool movement is typically achieved by mechanical linkage or hydraulic pressure acting on the spool.
  4. Port Opening and Closing:
    • As the spool moves, it uncovers specific ports and passages within the valve body.
    • This allows hydraulic fluid to flow from the inlet port to the desired outlet port.

The machining shop is equipped with a customized inclined rail turning center, machining center, high-speed honing machine, welding robot, and other related equipment, which can handle the processing of cylinder tubes with a maximum inner diameter of 400mm and a maximum length of 6 meters.
