Originally established as the Experimental Factory of the Provincial Mechanical & Electrical Design Institute, and successfully restructured into a modern enterprise in 2003.

2010

Completed our first major relocation to a new 20,000+ sqm standard facility in Qingshan Lake Science and Technology City.

Moved to our current 51,360 sqm "Future Factory" base, with annual revenue breaking through 600 million RMB, driven by constant R&D investment.

Product Development Process

Driven by our Provincial Enterprise Research Institute, we follow a rigorous multi-stage engineering SOP. Utilizing an advanced PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system, we ensure strict version control from initial failure mode analysis to final CAD/3D blueprints. Every custom cylinder design requires multi-departmental review and client sign-off, guaranteeing zero design deviations before production begins.

Our "Future Factory" is deeply integrated with the industry-leading U9 ERP system, creating a fully traceable digital ecosystem. From precise multi-level BOM (Bill of Materials) management to strictly tracked craft routings—monitoring every single step from CNC machining to pressure testing—our Digital Cockpit ensures exact production scheduling, operational transparency, and guaranteed on-time delivery.

Parts Warehouse & Logistics

To completely eliminate contamination, critical cylinder seals and components are housed and assembled within our specialized Component Assembly Clean Workshop. Backed by an intelligent AS/RS Automated Stereoscopic Warehouse, our inventory management guarantees precision tracking, rapid retrieving, and zero-defect components handling.

Rigorous Inspection Process

Quality is absolute. Starting from strict IQC (Incoming Quality Control) protocols for raw materials to final dispatch, products undergo exhaustive audits. At our Provincial Hydraulic Product Testing Room, every cylinder is subjected to 100% hydraulic pressure testing, forklift cylinder simulation rigs, and heavy-duty Impulse Testing Platforms to ensure absolute reliability in the field.
